Witchhammer

Witchhammer emerged from Sarpsborg in 1986 and quickly made their mark on the Scandinavian metal scene. Their debut album “1487” fused raw speed-metal riffs with thrash aggression, capturing the spirit of the era while forging a uniquely Nordic edge. Their early work evokes the adrenaline of classic Bay Area thrash but is delivered with a Scandinavian frost and clarity.
