Nothgard

Nothgard is a German metal band known for combining the aggressive instrumentation of melodic death metal with sweeping, cinematic arrangements and details. Founded by vocalist/guitarist Dom R. Crey in 2008, they evolved from their earlier incarnation “Nordavind” into the current form. Their early work leaned more mythological (e.g., Warhorns of Midgard), while later albums expanded into more varied themes and production ambition.
