INNER VITRIOL is a progressive-dark metal band from Bologna, Italy. Under the former moniker Vitriol, the band released two albums via Melodic Revolution Records; their full-length Into The Silence I Sink was widely acclaimed, reaching No. 8 in the Prog Metal Show’s “Top 50 progressive metal albums of the year.” INNER VITRIOL have toured extensively across Italy, the UK, Poland, Austria, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Serbia, Bosnia, Hungary, and Russia, sharing stages with Dream Theater, Sons of Apollo, Pain of Salvation, Evergrey, Soen, Kingcrow, Votum, Riverside, and Geoff Tate.
