Girlschool

Girlschool is one of the longest-running all-female heavy metal bands in the world and a key part of the NWOBHM movement alongside acts like Motörhead. Known for raw energy, fast riffs, and powerful attitude, they rose to fame in the early 1980s with albums like Demolition and Hit and Run.

Their close collaboration and friendship with Motörhead (including the side-project Headgirl) helped solidify their status as metal icons.

Today, the band continues touring and releasing music, keeping their classic sound alive with loud guitars, gritty vocals, and the same no-nonsense rock ’n’ roll spirit they started with.
