DARK OATH

Dark Oath formed in 2009 in Soure, Coimbra, Portugal. They’ve pursued a metal sound built around dramatic, mythologically‐inspired lyrical themes and a strong melodic/death metal foundation. On their official site, they mention that their debut album “When Fire Engulfs the Earth” dealt with Norse mythology (the Ragnarök event) and their later album “Ages of Man” explores Greek mythology and the ages of humanity.
