ERASE ME

Erase me
Erase me
Erase my passion from your pain
Reclaim your inner fire
Blaze up to embrace me in your flames

Take me in your flames

I was never one to draw conclusions
Your illusion has made me what I seem
A person, a purpose, a burden
All and everything

There's a shivering beyond the senses
A tension in the fabric of what is
Erase me - my footsteps, my presence
Face the space of me (See the real me)

Chorus

We were ever somewhat the exception
Our connection - unborn of memories
Conception, perception.
Perfection in everything.

If the fire has you burned to cinders
Consider what was there before
Embrace me, perceive me, receive me
Naked to the core

Chorus
