THE STORY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Shadow Fen is a dimension of perpetual twilight, a mirror realm of our own Fenlands but bleaker and colder, forged to serve as a prison for an ancient evil known as the Dark King. For many eons, a band of warrior guardians kept watch there, holding the bindings sealed from within.
The Battle of Shadow Fen is the moment the prison nearly broke.
The Dark King's servants launched a final, devastating assault on the realm. The Riftscar, a dimensional wound carved through the very heart of Shadow Fen, tore open under the pressure. Reality fractured. The guardians were violently expelled into modern-day Britannia, cast from the world they had spent lifetimes defending, with no road home.
The prison held. But it was now unmanned.
Stranded in our world and reunited as one, the guardians discovered that music was the only ritual still capable of sustaining the bindings from this side of the rift. The band Shadow Fen was born from that necessity.
This song is their origin story. And it asks you to pick a side.

Shadow Fen is a myth-infused apocalyptic power metal band forged from another realm. According to legend, they are the last surviving guardians of a shattered mirror realm, a dark reflection of our own world created to imprison an ancient evil known as the Dark King. Disguised as musicians, the guardians channel ancient magick through modern sound.
Every show is more than a performance: it is a ritual, a binding spell masked by guitars and crowd energy. Their songs tell stories of a war few remember, waged in the shadows to protect a world that has forgotten its foes.
