Artist Bio: Rising from the fog and smog of Northern Italy, the band Gravery emerged to set a new standard in violent and straight forward aggressiveness.
The outfit formed in November 2023 and immediately started to write no compromise tracks addressing uncomfortable topics such as the analysis of the destructive potential of the human mind.
Gravery decided to use a rough, direct and disturbing sound to outline these themes giving birth to extremely heavy and dark songs that hit straight in the stomach and leave the listener breathless and further stunned by the aggressiveness of the low tones and the merciless breakdowns, leaving no room for interpretation
Their first EP 'Everything That Is Born Must Die' was recorded in Autumn 2023 at the MK2 Recordings Studio by Davide Billia (Antropofagus, Hour of Penance), the mixing was delivered by Steph “Orkid” Santi (Lacuna Coil, Lvcifyer) at the SPVN Studios, and the mastering was provided by Chris Whited (Bodysnatcher, Traitors) at the 1776 Recordings Studio assuring to this malevolent masterpiece a dose of pure adrenaline fear.
After releasing two music videos, Gravery signed with the New York based label Upstate Records (Fury of Five, Subzero, Freya, Brick by Brick, These Streets, Gloves Off, among others) and their debut EP was released worldwide on August 9th 2024 after being premiered on Decibel Magazine. The distribution was provided by Bloodblast/Nuclear Blast.
Gravery’s first EP didn’t go unnoticed and ended up to make his debut at #18 of the NACC Top 30 Heavy Chart USA together with bands such as Lamb of God, Speed, Fit for an Autopsy and more.
This achievement convinced Upstate Records to release a new single “My Own Graveyard” on December 20th 2024 which was also distributed by Bloodblast /Nuclear Blast followed by another single video “A Fetish for the Graves” which was released on May 16th 2025.
Gravery is ready to launch their new EP 'Purified in Blood' which will be released on May 15th 2026 by Upstate Records / Bloodblast and they will make 2026 memorable, with the release tour already planned in U.S.A. (August 2026), and UK (June 2026)as well as the EU (May 2026), together with WE shows and Festival in Continental Europe throughout the year, for a total of over seventy-five shows in over fourteen countries in 2026 alone.
