As light becomes corrupted through mortal influence, the gods of darkness rise in anger and wage war to restore balance between darkness and light. The song reflects one of the central narrative themes explored throughout the album.
The track combines black and death metal elements with atmospheric synth passages that introduce and conclude the composition. Mystic guitar melodies, aggressive riffing, dynamic drumming, harsh vocals, and subtle symphonic textures shape the sound while maintaining a balance between modern production and traditional extreme metal character.
