SOEN - Axis 🔥 taken from our latest album 𝐑𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄 out now. Listen & Order now: https://lnk.to/SoenReliance
#Soen #Axis#Reliance

“‘Axis’ is about the moment when you start to notice that the roles you’re given don’t really belong to you,” explains vocalist and frontman Joel Ekelöf. “It’s about stepping beyond that distance we learn to live with, and remembering there’s something stronger underneath it. The fire is already there. The question is if we’re willing to stand closer and follow it together.” “It’s a straight-up metal anthem for those of us who refuse to pretend that the people in power actually have our best interests at heart. A musical “fuck-you” to all of them,” adds founding member and drummer Martin Lopez.

Building on the energy and emotion of the track, SOEN filmed a video that captures that intensity at its core. Shot by the acclaimed director Patric Ullaeus, the result is a powerful, high-energy visual that strips everything back to what matters most: pure performance and raw connection.

“The video keeps it as simple as it should be. Just us going hard, playing a song we love,” offers keyboardist and guitarist Lars Åhlund. “It’s a rehearsal captured through the lens of the incredible Patric Ullaeus, and it feels exactly right for a track like ‘Axis.’”

SOEN have announced new EU and UK headline dates for this winter in response to overwhelming demand. The tour will include 24 shows across Europe and the UK, with special guests Tribulation and Vulkan.
