In this we frantically search our soul for a resolution
To questions we may never comprehend
The baroque and convoluted language of the stars.
Reminds us of things that are beyond our understanding
So our minds can only twist and turn amid the unknown
As we run for the wish to find a meaning in existence
We are like puppets in a cosmic theatre
Journeying at the behest of an unfamiliar deity
Our lives are an eternal cycle of birth and death.
In this dark and sinister universe
What is the idea in all of this?
What are we fighting for?
Is it all in vain?
Is life an eternal suffering?
