It’s amazing what you can achieve on a snowy winter afternoon, with a total video expenditure of 29.95 Swedish Kronor (about 3 €) for a vial of red food coloring, when you have two clueless band members trying their hand at method-acting, and a good friend but totally amateur filmmaker like Edvin Aftonfalk (Century, ex-Morbus Chron, ex-Toronto) behind the camera and in charge of the editing.

We’re stoked to present the video for the song “The Haunter”, arguably the crown jewel of filth in the treasure trove of disgust that constitutes the album “The Eternal Hunger”, released February 27th on Dying Victims Productions.

Not only is the song a descent into the maddening, darkened abyss of eternal horror and Eldridge nightmares, it also features guest musical appearances from two Death Metal heavy-hitters; namely Nicke Andersson (Death Breath, ex-Entombed yadayada, you already know who he is) on a blazing guitar solo, and none other than Scott Carlson (Death Breath, Repulsion, yadayada you DEFINITELY know who he is) on the spoken intro.

The cast:
Adam Lindmark as The Axe Killer
Tobias Alpadie as Himself

Filmed and Edited by Edvin Aftonfalk
Video concept by Adam Lindmark

That’s enough name-dropping for today, don’t you think? Check out the video for “The Haunter” now!
