Blending folk metal, symphonic elements and atmospheric storytelling, the song is inspired by the ancient Dolomite legend of the Lake of Antermoia. With emotional vocals, Celtic harp, expressive violin and a powerful metal foundation, “Antermoia” showcases the most intimate and dramatic side of Vallorch’s sound.

Rooted in folklore and alpine mysticism, the track recounts the doomed love between Oswald, known as Man de Fjer, and the mountain spirit Antermoia. When he speaks her true name, she dissolves into the lake — leaving him to wander the world playing their story in an endless attempt to soothe an unhealable sorrow.

Featured on "The Circle", a concept album exploring the theme of Night through legends, rituals and Cimbrian heritage, “Antermoia” stands as one of Vallorch’s most emotional and atmospheric compositions.

For fans of Eluveitie, Alestorm, Epica and Wind Rose.
