Lyrics:
The empty silence
when staring at the static
from my throne
of pain and nothing.
The sound of a heart
that beats weaker and weaker.
I am alone.

Like a caged bird
I left my dreams away.
The absence of hope
destroys it all.
There is no shine,
there is no love.
Just a promise… I'll soon be gone.

I feel his eyes,
I hate their insistence.
Words are drowned out
increasing the distance.
The sound of a heart
that beats weaker and weaker.
I’m buried alive.

Like a caged bird
I left my dreams away.
The absence of hope
destroys it all.
There is no shine,
there is no love.
Just a promise… I'll soon be gone.

One shade the more, one ray the less
into this gentle night.
Stay with me.
In silence we stay, in secret you grieve
into this gentle night.
I´m here with you.
