We are a doom death metal band from a small island amidst the sea. We try to process our negativity and frustrations into something with purpose—not only as a means to express how fucked up we are, which is easy, but to turn this darker side of ourselves into something eerie, beautiful, violent, artistic, and visceral. All lyrical content and the conceptual canvas come from direct personal experiences fighting trauma, anxiety, and high-functioning depression. All info at www.solnegreband.com
