Deathraiser is a Brazilian thrash metal band delivering raw, aggressive, high-velocity metal with an old-school edge. Founded in 2006 (as Mercilless), and renamed Deathraiser in 2009, the band has stayed true to their roots while carrying forward the tradition of fierce, uncompromising thrash metal. Their debut album Violent Aggression (2011) is a testament to their old-school spirit — an unrelenting onslaught that blends the fury of European thrash with the raw edge of Brazilian metal.
